JobandTalent is an online recuitment platform that uses the social network Facebook to build social and professional job leads and possibilities.
It has expanded rapidly and gained substantial funding deals, and now is expanding into other countries such as the UK.
Recruitment is a demanding field to succeed in, and I have reservations about the wisdom of using Facebook to build contacts, but it has to be said that JobandTalent have proved very successful so far in exploiting this field. And of course there is nothing stopping them from utilising other social networks to enhance the successful recruitment process.
